Import Action issue
Hi Anaplanners,
There is something I need an assistance. I have created an action to import the data, and the Module is multi-dimensioned. During the creation of the action one of the dimension "Match on Names or Codes" is disabled, which means by default we have to match it manually. Can anyone please let me know why the option is disabled? Have attached the screenshot. The dimension is mapped to be "Column Headers".

Are there any duplicate column headers in your source file?

Could you post a screenshot of the column headers in the file and the list in Anaplan?

@ben_speight No there are no duplicates. Also, when I edit the action and with just a click on Match, all source and Target gets matched. But for that i have edit.

In the list of things you can map a dimension to in the dropdown, are there any unlabelled (#numbered) columns? These could be caused by a stray row eg if an unquoted cell contains a column separator.

Weird, the issue you have seems to be similar to what you get if you try to match a numbered list on names.
Based on what I'm seeing, I assume the list is numbered?
Could you alter the descriptions to be different from the codes? It's a hail mary but that might confuse Anaplan.
