1-How to create an employee drop down list to select display name?

    1 - After you create the "Display Name" property on the Properties tab within the Employees list, go to the General Lists screen. There you can designate the Employees list as a Numbered list and select "Display Name" from the dropdown in the Display Name Properties column.
