Cannot enable a form after creating


I'm going through the New UX training (the Build Guide) and do not see Forms in the Actions configuration panel. 


Am I missing something that allows it to show up?

I have confirmed that the form has been created...It shows up under the "Manage" tab.

    Thanks for the response. I do see the Forms options when I click "Create"...and it does create the Form. I verify that the form "Add a new product" is created because I can see it in the "Manage Forms" tab. 



    What I was missing was where to actually access the Form itself from within the App. I figured out it is the "plus sign" on the line of action icons.
