Informatica connection issue to Anaplan API
Has anyone encountered any issues connecting to Anaplan through Informatica as of this morning around 1am PST (12/10/2020)? Our client is experiencing integration issues across their connections through Informatica, and these issues all began when Anaplan experienced a systemwide outage this morning.
Yes, we did have issues this past day. Many (but not entirely all) tasks failed. We didn't change anything in the process the past few days that would've affected this.
From contacting support and Informatica, the recommendation was to open up each task, open up and re-do the data mapping, then save the task. Try one first and see if that solves the issue.0
