Level 2 3.2.11.2 "Filter to show months only" - in a saved view

Hi all,

 

I am working on Level 2 3.2.11.2 which is:

And I am stuck on the last bullet point "Filter to show months only".

 

My original SYS00 looks like this:

And I made the saved view as per instruction like this:

The final produce at stage 3.3.12 to look like this:

Where the first grid to come from the saved view.  I assumed I need to work on the saved view to not to show H1 FY20, H2 FY20, FY20, H1 FY21, H2 FY21 and FY21 columns in line with the bullet point instruction"Filter to show months only".  So something like this:

And I am stuck as to how to go about doing this.  I can hide specific columns by doing this:

But this is static specifications and not sustainable as I need to keep doing this as the time period changes to FY22 and so on.  Then I tried to filter by level as per:

I am rather surprised that this does nothing to remove the relevant columns as I expected that this is the solution.  Another thing I can think of is to do something with the summary section in Blueprint mode:

Am I going into a wrong rabbit hole to resolve the issue here?  I would be grateful if someone can point me to the right direction on this...

I am doing all this is because I feel that I should not see "H1 FY20" in the first grid as I am working on task 3.3.12 where I need to make a UX using the saved view above:

And correcting the issue here will naturally correct the date selection at the top right to be the year selection.

D'oh.  I should have used the SYS00 for the Month indicator to filter the view!  I have been thick.

My solution is add the filter as the screenshot and seem it works
