Date format during CSV import
Hi All,
I am trying to import the below CSV file to module, but unable to get the correct time mapping detail, any help will be appreciated .
CSV File :-
Mapping Column view :-
Time Dimension mapping view :- The problem is I am not getting the month neither under "Pattern and Separators" nor Fixed Position patterns. I think i need to do some changes with these mapping options rather than changing any date format in CSV file. Also the customized mapping is restricted under this import.
Module View :-

That is because you might have weekly timescale for the Model on the main Time Page. You will have to change it to Months from Weeks before you run the import.

@Misbah the problem doesn't look like a weekly timescale issue, the problem is most likely with Excel and how the monthly date is actually being stored vs how it is rendering.
@vivekpratap2015 even though you are seeing 20-Oct, click on the cell (within the CSV file) and see how the data is being stored. Then, you can set your mapping correctly on the action.

@vivekpratap2015 apologies for confusing you. It Indeed looks like formatting issue and not weekly timescale of your Model. Will delete my replies so that it doesn't create any confusion.
