Just a quick question, does Anaplan Connect support SFTP server or only FTP server?

Yes, If the authentication succeeds, meaning the system ID (or UserID) can access the SFTP server, then it will work. All you need is to be able to indicate where the file is located and have read access. Also, don't forget you have to create the import manually first in Anaplan and save the import as "Everyone" or "Admin". Then you can run the UPLOAD script followed by the IMPORT script.
@JaredDolich do you know if there is a dedicated SFTP account that Anaplan provides to the customer or do we have to use our own SFTP account
Hello, My interface uses basic authentication to log in to Anaplan. The login process has been failing intermittently for about a week. How can I identify the root cause of these Anaplan API login failures? Username and password are correct. The account is not locked or expired. Thanks, Jorge Palma
