Can anyone tell me why am I not able to see "Manage my app" icon? I saw saw that initially, when I entered the page for the first time then after clicking the "Continue" button - I no longer see it now

It is possible you do not have Page Builder access, can you check with you tenant admin as they will be able to provide you with the correct permissions
