Send and Refresh Error After Upgrade to 3.4

After I upgraded my excel plug in to 3.4, I can no longer write back to a module. I can Refresh fine, but if I attempt to Send and Refresh, I receive a note saying "there was an error detecting changes." Has anyone else experienced this? If so, please assist.

    Thank you for your message and I am sorry you have been experiencing issues.

    I am not aware of any reason why the refresh would work but not the send and refresh after an upgrade. I would recommend contacting Anaplan Support.

     

    Also, is there a reason why you choose to upgrade to 3.4? The latest version is 4.1. I would suggest trying out the latest version in case it fixes the issue.
