Hi any idea how much time the Level 2 and certified model builder badges take to be added to the profile?
It has been a couple of weeks since I completed those and got my certificates.

Did you verify if you completed the final activities? Such as uploading history and downloading the certificate et cetera?

Just to add to @MaartenGijbels comment, there often is a big lag between the reconciliation of the badges to the completion of the course, I've seen it go as long as 4 months. You can expedite the process by sending an email to academy@anaplan.com. In addition, make sure you attach a copy of your certification and/or test results of all sprints. They'll get you that badge right fast.

Hello, My interface uses basic authentication to log in to Anaplan. The login process has been failing intermittently for about a week. How can I identify the root cause of these Anaplan API login failures? Username and password are correct. The account is not locked or expired. Thanks, Jorge Palma
