Formula or Filter

Hello Everyone,

I need here in getting solution for this issue, my question is.

"change rule: when Forecast AND Actual equals 0, the deviation % should be 0% and not 100% as now" so where do we change the rule and how do we do it.

@Human008 If I understand your question properly then you just need to change the "THEN 1" to say "THEN 0" and change the OR to an AND
