Help please!!

Line item: Has Data?

Format: Boolean

Formula: IF TIMESUM('DAT03 Historic Volumes'.Volume) <> 0 THEN TRUE ELSE FALSE

Somehow, it did not give me correct result. Not sure what's wrong here.
