Before you begin, please ensure the email address you use for the Anaplan Academy is the same one you use for Webassessor and Credly. This is the single most important step to receiving your certificate and badge without delay.
If your email addresses do not match, please update your Webassessor and Credly accounts to align with your Academy email (see Q&A below for additional details). If you have already passed an exam with mismatched emails, reach out to academy@anaplan.com for assistance.
How do I claim my Academy Certificate?
1. Log in to Academy.
2. Go to your Model Builder / Certified Master Anaplanner Dashboard.
3. Go to Learning plans.
4. Click the badge icon on the right side of the course.
How do I claim my Credly badge?
1. Access your email.
2. Check for a message from admin@credly.com.
Note: Please add Credly as a trusted sender to ensure that the message gets through.
3. Click the “Accept my badge” link in the email body.
Note: If you don’t have a Credly account, you will be led to an account registration page.
4. Click the “Accept Badge” icon on the next page. You will see a pop-up box where you will be asked to configure the badge setting such as making it accessible to public and an auto accept feature.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between the Academy Certificate and Credly Badge?
The Academy Certificate is tied to your completion of a certain learning plan or course. This certificate contains pertinent information such as your name, your certification level, required signatories, and the certificate number. The Academy Certificate also shows the year when you have obtained your certification and its validity period.
Credly Badges are issued through Credly, which serves as a digital representation of your experience, learning outcome, or competency. These badges are also a convenient way to share your achievements, and these can be verified online in a secure and easy way.
I passed my exam, but I haven't received my Credly badge email yet. What should I do?
Please ensure that your Credly account matches your Academy and Webassessor accounts. If the Credly account that you created does not match the other platforms, you will not receive the notification.
If your Credly account matches your other accounts and you still did not receive the email badge notification, please reach out to academy@anaplan .com for assistance.
How do I update the email for my Webassessor account?
1. Log in to your Webassessor account.
2. Go to Edit Profile option.
3. If you are able, you may edit your Legal Name, Legal Last Name, email address, and other details. If not, please reach out to academy@anaplan .com for assistance.
IMPORTANT: If you will take the exam onsite, you will need to present 2 forms of identification. Your name on these might match what you have in Webassessor; otherwise, you might not be allowed to sit for an exam.

How do I update the email for my Credly account?
Academy does not have access to update your Credly account. If you are unable to edit the fields, please reach out to Credly Support Team.
My email addresses didn't match when I took the exam. Is it too late?
Your completion will need to be manually updated so that it will reflect on your Academy account. Please update your email addresses as soon as you can to ensure a seamless completion tracking for future exams.
I don't have a Credly account. Do I need to create one first?
Yes. The instructions on how to create one is outlined in the Academy course of your chosen certification path.
Can I change the name on my certificate?
The name that you have in Academy will be used for your Academy Certificate. If you need to update it, please contact academy@anaplan.com.
