Our users are having SSO access to Anaplan, but we are getting a non-sso login page while log-in into the Excel-add-in.
We already tried to uninstall/install the package a few times and we follow the same installation procedure for all the users.
Only 3 users are facing this problem and they were able to log in using SSO till last week. Any suggestion what could be the reason for this?

If you are using Excel Add-in 4.0, you can use the "Add-in Help" and then "Email Support" functionality.
