REQUEST: allow for Write Data Actions on Management Reporting.

This seems like the most straight forward of the Actions.  No follow up inputs from the user.

This would allow a MR to be a proposal/scenario/territory plan.  It has been passed up the chain to an Ops Person. They just need to read through the proposal and then click to Approve and move it along to the next person. If they need to add comments or make interventions they could click a link to jump to an actual UX Page.

But if all they need to do is click to Approve then a simple Write Data Action would cover this.
