Everything is free. All you need is access to Anaplan Platform.
If you already have access to it then go ahead and get started on your Anaplan journey with Level 1. Yes, once you complete Level 1 and Level 2 you will receive certificate of completion for both
If you haven't then there is 90 day free trial program where you can get free access to platform. Note: There is a waiting period here, so you may have to be patient here
