Anaplan is telling you where to look in the error message they give you.
Unit Price is not being recognized. I would recommend reviewing activity 8.2.1 Build REV01 Price Book Module and make sure you didn't miss any steps.
Without more screen shots it difficult to pin point what could the issue.
