Management Reporting - Additional Features

Following features needs to be included on the Management Reporting Page

 

1. Ability to freely change the font size of text, As of now it is restricted five types only (Normal, Instructions,    Heading 1, Heading 2 and Heading 3)

2.  Formatting the Text with a single click like the way we have in excel.

3. Ability to change the source model of a page from the dashboard itself

4. Ability to pick the Saved View from the model while developing the cards

5. Ability to segregate the text in bullets on text cards.

6.Ability to Change the background color of each card.

I would add to this Idea 3 more items.

 

1- Ability to insert shapes as excel or power point, at least the basic ones (Squares, circules, rectangles, arrows)

 

2 - Ability to change the size of a grid, the current re-size option only cuts a grid if is too large to fit in a slide

 

3 - Add More Grid Formats or allow to change the colors

I'd like to add one more option : to be able to restrict access, just like with Board and Worksheets.

@SophieBo  Access (by Role) can be restricted by going to the particular page's settings when navigating within the App

 

Do you mean you like to restrict access at the slide level?

Thank you @DavidC ! I was looking for the "restrict access" while editing the report page, that's why I didn't find it.

Thanks for the feedback on Management Reporting. We are looking at a number of these currently. The first of which is support for additional font sizes, support for bullets, additional presentation styling and adding simple shapes.

 

It is easier to manage if these great ideas are split in to their own ideas that way we can set the status accordingly and discuss that particular request in the thread. It also allows us to know which is more in demand as users can vote their particular favourite.

Hi Anaplan Community,

With respect to Management reports there's a limitation that I came across. So I am only able to see about 20 odd columns with Horizontal Scrolling while my grid actually contains over 30 columns. Is this a bug or a feature constraint? Also if so is there any workaround for this constraint? Would appreciate any inputs. Thanks in advance.
