NPV Calculations

is there a way to calculation the NPV on a rolling basis? So basically I would want the NPV to be calculated on a quarterly basis for the current quarter and forecasted quarters. per the screenshot below, for Q4 2019, i want the NPV from the current quarter to Q2 21.
