I tried to work out a dependent dropdown in forms (New UX). It doesn't seem to be working

Currently a full refresh only refreshes the data. Structural changes should also be able to be fully refreshed into an existing source data object.
In case an object is deleted by error, it should be retrievable back from a trash bin.
