the List should be numbered List.
The parent of this list is G3T Territory
Create a module in the Datahub model that has a concatenated code and import it into the source module.

I don't have the capability to take screenshots or view CYW files. However, you can try converting the CYW file into a more commonly used image format like JPEG or PNG, and then upload the screenshot. Alternatively, you can try troubleshooting the issue with your file upload or seek assistance from the platform or device support team.
