Add Insights Panel to Report pages

As Page Builder, I'd like to have an option to add, or turn on/off, Insights Panel to Report type of Pages.

 

Customers really like the idea of Insights Panel that they can find on Worksheets, which allows us to place there:

1. links to other, important pages,
2. fields, which are editable, and allow for advanced filtering and ad-hoc adjustments
3. extra charts/data, that by default are not shown on the page, but can be easily displayed for in-depth analysis.

Now, this is not available on Reports, so we need to force users to toggle between report and some other page, on which these things are placed, which is time-consuming and degrades user experience.
