Hello All...I input 5% on my F19 for REV 04 , then i receive 20% for my REV 05...what am I doing wrong?

You are on the right path, the Unit Cost 5% is rolling up for all products(Nutzo bar,...) under the Product family(Chocolates), You can change the view using pivot to see it clearly.

Go to Pivot View( Beside Blueprint view) and change the Page Selector Product Family to the Rows and Line Items to the Page Selector.
