Ruler in UX Designer Page

It would be super helpful if there was a viewable Ruler in the UX Designer (think MS Word ruler as a guideline). When trying to keep the grid/column sizing consistent, there's no way to make sure that everything is the same width or height.  Right now we can change the card width according to those lines that show up in the background but there's no way to keep the height uniform.  Similarly, if we want to update column widths there's nothing to reference.  A ruler that was visible (both across the top and along the side) could help us to make sure that we keep things consistent and give clients a cleaner experience.
