New UX - Allow page builders to enable / disable the "Model is busy" notification

It would be great if page builders are able to control if the "Model is busy" notification appears on a page.

We have been recently seeing instances where the "Model is busy" appears on worksheets for a few seconds, which causes the whole table to "Jump" around which some end users have voiced grievances to.

Would be great to have control on the notifications, I agree. It will help with stakeholder management as well
