I am not sure why the product family row is showing codes instead of product names. I thought the issue was because of branches but when I removed them it made everything worse. Any suggestions on how to fix this issue?

Should be PARENT(ITEM('P2 Products'))
P1 Product Family List should look like this:
I have the formula correct. I think I made a big mess of the mapping for the products list. I have included a screenshot and I noticed that my product family list doesn't match yours. Not sure how/when I messed it all up.
