I am not sure what could be the root cause. Just check if all the modules have the same view and no dimension was re-pivoted or moved from its original place

Outside of the suggestion above on re-pivoting modules and ensuring export/import actions are set-up as defined on the PlanIQ support page, the most effective way to resolve this issue is to reach out to Anaplan support. They will be able to perform a root cause analysis and provide a solution.
