I am not able to rectify please help me out what i have done wrong .

Looks like you don't have right numbers in Final Shipping Costs of INV01 module. Check if you have numbers in there across all the months.
So, This is the formula for INV05 Shipping Cost:
'INV01 Inventory Ordering'.Final Shipping Costs[SUM: 'SYS08 SKU Details'.Distribution Center]
As you can see, it depends on final shipping cost of inv01 module.
so, you need to check the inv01 final shipping cost line item. Is everything is 0 or value is there and also refer the formula for recheck.
inv01 final shipping cost:
Final Shipment Amount / 1000 * 'TRA01 Shipping Metrics by Week'.'Cost per 1000 Units'[LOOKUP: 'SYS08 SKU Details'.Product, LOOKUP: Shipping Method]
