At the end of Sprint 3 there is one lesson which says to Create Product Supply Manager Role so can anyone please help me how to do this lesson and what to do in this.

You just have to create the role in Users settings screen (Roles tab) and provide access to the objects described in the assignment. Product and SKU lists - on Lists tab. Respective actions (if there are any) on Actions tab. And all of the modules which you think are applicable to the role by it's description in the assignment.
You can set it up as you feel and adjust the settings later if you think necessary.
