I would be appearing for the level 1 Exam shortly .
Wanted to know : The difficulty level of the Exams . How difficult will be the exam ?
And what preparation is required for the same .

Pretty simple.
The questions are mostly with a given options you have to choose from. Some have multiple answers.
You have two attempts. And it's usually enough to complete. If you can't - you still can reattend the exam without a problem.
