L2 3.3.5 Blocked chek box

Hello everyone, I have a problem with the line item "Submit Purchase Order Request?". I followed all the instructions but in the end I can't check. I attach the screenshots. And it haven't DCA placed on the line item. 
help please

    A few ideas;

    1. Check that the P3 SKU context selector is set to a leaf level item (the lowest level) in the hierarchy.
    2. Check that selective access is not enabled. You may not have write access to that part of the P3 SKU list.

    2- I found selective access enabled for SKU , Products and product family lists. I unchecked them and now it's fine for inventory ordering. Thank you so much
