Exam page Froze

Hello everyone,

 

My exam page is frozed and I am not able to select anything on the page and I am on 8th question to finish. I do't want to refresh the page to disappear my selected question and start as new also don't consider this as a first attempt. 

Can anyone please tell what step I should  take. I call the support but no response.

    Take a screenshot or video of what you are seeing and share/email it to academy@anaplan.com. They should be able to refresh it
