Looking at the example, the size name should be mapped to 'Size', 'Size Code' should be mapped to 'Code' and Parent can remain blank.

I tried the other way (size is blank and parent to size name) but having an error to proceed
Is the list you're importing into a numbered list? If so, then the name would need to be blank. Otherwise, did you clear the previously loaded items from the list before reuploading?

The key is to prepare the list and then import correctly from the .csv file; see images below. This is a non-hierarchical list; so no parent is required.
