Allow the PB to invert the Conditional Formatting style
An aesthetics request. Allow the Page Builder to invert the coloring when they select "Border" Style for Conditional Formatting. Similar to how we can invert colors on Action buttons.
This would result in an oval of color being placed around the value in the cell, with a white border around it.
