7.2.2 Activity Errors

Hi Team,

 

I am having issues getting the P2 Product family to accurately fill after uploading the CSV for activity 7.2.2. I have some photos below, I am assuming it's due to the P2 Products having All Products - Choc, sourcs, taffy, fudge? Any thoughts?

Hey,

 

It looks like the parent hasn't been mapped in your upload. When uploading the CSV you will see a screen that requests you map the parent, code and P2 Product Name. If all three fields are mapped the hierarchy should roll up correctly with the parent > child relationship in place:

 

If you've tried this already then you may have an issue in your P1 list, it should look something like this:
