IME mode switch needs to be activated without double clicking input boxes in NUX Page

Hi team!

As an end user, I want to be able to change ime mode for Japanese keyboard

(EN ->JP) when in NUX Page (from half-width to full width) without double clicking input boxes, so that I will be able to control my input method and be ready to input at any time.

I will know this is successful when I can use keyboard shortcut (alt + ~) to switch ime mode for Japanese Keyboard without entering cell-input status.

I've attached some screenshots to help you understand this case better.
