Copy Conditional Formatting Rules Across Multiple Line Items

One request I get from users is adding conditional formatting. A lot of times users want a standard color in cells that allow input. Creating rules for multiple line items is often times cumbersome, so I would like the ability to easily apply a rule across multiple line items. For example, one UX card has three input line items that need standardized conditional formatting. I should be able to easily use the same colors, values, and "Values From" line item to apply across multiple line items.
