Domain and IP range updates
Anaplan provides documentation that lists the domains and IP ranges you can use to connect to our platform in an allowlist.
The most recent version of our allowlist can be found here.
To receive a notification when we update that page, please follow these steps:
- Sign in to your Community account.
- Select the "ribbon" icon (bookmark) at the top right of this page. (If you don’t see the icon, that means you need to sign in to Community.)
Once you've completed the above, you need to decide if you prefer "email" or "popup" notifications (we recommend selecting email). To receive "email notifications," click on the "bell icon" at the top right (next to your profile picture) and you'll see notifications with the 3-sliders. Click on the sliders to view your preference. Once on the preference page, you can select email notification for any subscriptions you have as seen here:

On April 13, 2023 from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. PDT, the IP ranges for CloudWorks will change. Please make sure you update these in your allowlist before this date.
We have contacted customers who are affected by this change. If you think you may be affected and didn't receive an email, please go to Support where you can contact one of our care agents 24x7.

To facilitate access to the image library in Anaplan, we've added new S3 URLs to the following domains:
