Anaplan provides documentation that lists the domains and IP ranges you can use to connect to our platform in an allowlist. 

The most recent version of our allowlist can be found here.

To subscribe to this page and receive notifications when we post updates, please follow these steps:

  1. On the main Domain and IP range updates page, make sure you have "Notify me of new comments" checked. You can choose a pop-up notification (the bell) or an email (the inbox).
    1. Click on the bell icon

    On April 13, 2023 from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. PDT, the IP ranges for CloudWorks will change. Please make sure you update these in your allowlist before this date.

    We have contacted customers who are affected by this change. If you think you may be affected and didn't receive an email, please go to Support where you can contact one of our care agents 24x7.

    We recently added a new set of IP ranges to the following domains:

    ap1a.app.anaplan.com
    ap2a.app.anaplan.com
    ca1a.app.anaplan.com
    ca2a.app.anaplan.com
    us5a.app.anaplan.com
    us6a.app.anaplan.com

    To facilitate access to the image library in Anaplan, we've added new S3 URLs to the following domains:

    us1a.anaplan.com
    ca1a.anaplan.com
    google.anaplan.com
    amazon.anaplan.com
    au1a.app2.anaplan.com
    eu3.app.anaplan.com
