I want to be able to click a cell in a grid to update context selectors in the NUX

edited March 2023 in User Experience Ideas

On a page where my context selectors are the dimensions of a grid, I want to click into a cell to update all context selectors, not just be able to click into the headers of rows/columns to update a single context selector.

This would allow users to make the UX journey smoother and save time by dynamically updating more than one context selector.

  • Having to click on row/column headers for syncing purposes is bad UX design. I'd pay money to have this be included in the next Anaplan development cycle. Our clients hate that they have to click a row/column header and they say that end users are confused on a regular basis.

  • This really seems like a no-brainer. Cell clicking context would be a huge improvement over the current way it works.
