Enhance "Users can edit list items" option

It would be useful if page builders had more granular control over the “Users can edit list items” option on worksheet pages (shown below).

Specifically, if page builders can have individual toggles for each action listed.

• Rename
• Insert
• Delete
• Change parent

To make page building easier, the default option could be enabled for all of these actions.

My particular use case for this is that I want end users to input transactions into a module, with each transaction being a separate list item. I want to give users the ability to bulk create list items, however I want to remove the ability for end users to delete items.
