Percentage label missing in chart Y-axis

When I have a Number line item formatted as Percentage, I would like to have the Y-axis displaying the % symbol (currently it does not).

Furthermore, if I format the line item with a % suffix and multiply the number by 100, the scale display 10K instead of 100%...

Having that feature working as expected would be useful to our users.
