Conditional Formatting on Parent and on Father of the Father

I would like to know if it is possible to apply conditional formatting on higher hierarchical levels. Let me explain better, we have Level 1, Level 2 (parent lvl 1), Level 3 (parent lvl 2) and the account list (parent lvl 3). We would like to color level 1, level 2 and level 3 different colors.

I would like to know if there is a workaround to put number 1 on the list applied to the form, number 2 on the parent of this list, number 3 on the parent of the parent of the list, number 4 on the parent of the parent of the list. Then use this numbered line item to do the conditional formatting

If you follow it, you will end up with something as the below, which you can use to drive the conditional formatting.
