Lost progress on Level 2, Sprint 1 finished and exam and most of Sprint 2
I had to clear caches and history on my computer after a microsoft update caused slowness issues. When I got back on to Anaplan to finish Level 2 Sprint 2 today I don't have saved progress showing for all of Level 2. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I would expect your course progress to be tied to your account (that you use for logging into Anaplan) rather than your browser or computer. Please write to academy@anaplan.com with details of the difference in your expectations. I am sure there would be some way to retrieve your actual progress.

I emailed Anaplan support and they ironed out the issue for me.
