Gantt Chart - Show Value on Bar and in Tooltip

From the technical documentation:

"Gantt charts can also use conditional formatting instead of setting bar or milestone colors directly. Gantt charts support conditional formatting as described in Conditional Formatting, and its related procedures. This allows you to add color gradient based on values contained in your data."

What I would like is to please display this value on the bar and in the tooltip as is the case with bar and column graphs (see image). At the moment I have to include both a Gantt chart and a bar graph to convey all the information I need.
