Tenant Administration - add Created column on Users lists

The internal and visiting Users lists in Tenant Administration include First Name, Last Name, Enabled, and Last login columns. The Last login column is useful for seeing who has never logged in, but it provides no indication of whether that is a recently created user vs someone granted access years ago.

Please add the creation date or timestamp onto the page.
