Ability to change the chart axis using a module to make it dynamic

Normally we analyse 2 charts side by side and we also overlap 2 nested charts (due to different colour not being supported in Anaplan.

The charts don't align depending on the values of a particular month. Workaround is to keep the axis fixed but we have to review the charts every month if the actual values is outside the axis.
