User unable to view the apps

I have 2 users say User 1 and User 2 with Project Manager role assigned. But User 2 is not able to view the apps and getting the following error
"You currently have no apps, please contact your Page Builder"

Can someone tell what is the issue when they both have same roles assigned why one user is not able to view apps

Hi @BhavithaVadranapu ,

Can you compare the access of user1 and user2 in the user's tab to see if both SSO or WSA are enabled?
or if the user1 is able to view the pages then try to copy the access of user1 and paste the same access for user2?

Thank you! This helped resolve the issue. User 2 has SSO but was signing with username and password so was the issue.
