Anaplan "Failed to assert user" Error from 2 days.
Hi Anaplan Team,
I am currently experiencing an issue while attempting to log in to the Anaplan platform. Specifically, I am encountering an error message stating "failed to assert user" upon login. Despite changing my password multiple times, the issue persists, preventing me from accessing the platform. I have already contacted the Anaplan support team and they are only asking to change the password.

Your image didn't render above but you are likely using SSO and the account is lock, in which case support@anaplan.com can help. It would be worth trying the cache clear or using incognito mode to login to ensure a cache parameter is not interfering.

Another reason this could be happening is that the user is disabled in the Administration area of Anaplan. A workspace admin may need to go into Administration and enable the user.
