Versions in the new UX
So I'm creating a page in the new UX, essentially trying to display Actual and Budgeted amounts for a period. I'm intending to have the Actuals and Budgeted amounts shown as columns and the different categories as rows. I also want to show the variance between these two versions on the same column axis as the versions themselves. Is this possible in the New UX without having to add variance as a version? My thought process is that I would have to create a variance version in order to get everything on the same axis. In my case, adding a version is not a viable option… Attached is a photo of what I am trying to accomplish.
Any pointers appreciated. Thanks

Yes, you will need to create the "line items" or metrics as a LISS and the Actuals/Budget and Variance as line items. Take a look at this article, it is not exactly what you need and is overkill for what you are wanting, but it will give you an idea.

Or if you fancy something different and there's no input required could try using the Report page and the variance calculation functionality where it's done on the fly on page.

@andrewtye I saw that as I was going through the UX, however I am using a board for this report and I don't believe that functionality exists there? I couldn't find it when I looked through. Still was able to figure out my question though, thanks.
